Q: Where are you based, and do you have a real store?
A: Yes, we do! We aren't an anonymous internet storefront. Our physical boutique, warehouse, and main operations base are located right in the heart of the community at 2851 W 68th St, Suite 13, Hialeah, FL 33018, United States (Located in Aco Plaza).
Q: How do I know I’m picking the right size?
A: We want your clothes to fit you perfectly. Most of our garments follow standard US sizes, but because we focus deeply on clean tailoring and tailored silhouettes (like our smart-casual shirts and muscle-fit styles), we list exact fabric blends and fit details directly on every product page. If you are ever between sizes, feel free to give us a call for a styling recommendation!
Payments & Checkout
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We keep checkout simple and entirely secure. We accept a wide range of popular networks, including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard (including Maestro and Debit Mastercard), American Express (AMEX), Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. Please note that we process everything online through securely encrypted gateways, so we cannot accept cash on delivery (COD) or personal checks.
Q: Are there any hidden fees or extra costs?
A: Never. We believe in total honesty. The price you see next to the item is exactly what you pay at checkout. There are no credit card convenience surcharges, standard shipping is always completely free, and we never charge a restocking fee if you need to return something.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Standard shipping is 100% Free on every single order across the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Q: When will my order ship and arrive?
A: We ship directly from our storefront in Hialeah, Florida, and work hard to get your items to you quickly. Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (New York), and orders placed before this time start moving the very same day. Our handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday), which is our time to inspect your items, pack them with care, and hand them to the carrier. Our transit time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Saturday) with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. This means you can typically expect your package at your front door within 4 to 7 business days total.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Right now, Alicia Fashion ships exclusively within the United States. To keep our shipments secure, we do not ship internationally or to overseas freight forwarding addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love what you wear. If a garment isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Just make sure the items are unworn, unwashed, have the original tags attached, and are in their original packaging.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If it’s our mistake and an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will email you a prepaid shipping label immediately at no cost to you. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or want a different size, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Q: How long does it take to get my money back?
A: Once your return package arrives back at our Hialeah shop and passes a quick check, we process your refund instantly. The funds will be credited right back to your original payment card within 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
