At Alicia Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit quite right or meet your expectations, we are here to help make things right with a straightforward, transparent return process.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing and fair policies. Alicia Fashion does not charge any restocking fees for returned items. The price you paid for the garment is the amount that will be credited back to you upon an approved return.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake, or if an item arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Change of Mind or Wrong Size: For standard returns (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is authorized, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
10-Day Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional few days to post the balance to your account.
